Delivery to the U.K is free! Simply add all the items you would like from our shop into your cart and we will make and send them out to you within 3 working days!

Worldwide shipping is also available.

We ship all our items second class (not tracked) as standard or international standard (not tracked) as standard. There is an option to upgrade your shipping to first class or international tracked when checking out.

Unfortunately when shipped the length of the time that the items get to you is out of our hands. On average items to the UK take 2-3 working days with second class and 10 working days with international standard however there may be delays therefore we ask that you could wait 10 working days (if you are in the uk) for your item to arrive and 25 working days (if you are outside of the uk) for your item to arrive, if it doesn't arrive by then please let us know and we can arrange a refund or replacement once this time has passed as this is when they will be officially classed as lost.

We do accept refunds as long as the item was not personalised or customised. However we can only accept a refund if the item arrives back to us in the condition that we sent it out in. We are unable to cover the postage return costs due to the fact that we are small business.
