We love making custom work and can customize any of the brass, wood, or acrylic pieces in our shop. Depending on the piece and degree of customization, there may be a small customization charge to cover the additional time and labor. Please message us to ask about custom options.

We handmake most items to order. Depending on the piece and how many orders we have in our queue, it might be ready to ship within a few days of your order, or it could take 7–10 business days before we're able to mail it.

Before you order, you should be able to see a projected ship date on each individual listing and during checkout. Once you've made an order, you'll find this info in your order confirmation email and by looking under You > Purchases in your Etsy account.

Yes! Whenever possible, we order with allergies and sensitivities in mind.

For earrings, all of our ear hook options (including plated) are hypoallergenic. If you're extra sensitive, the niobium option is the best choice, as it's made of a single element.

For necklace chains, the hypoallergenic options vary by piece. Some of our chains are raw brass, some are vintage (meaning we can't say for sure what they're made of), and some are plated & hypoallergenic.
