We ordered a puzzle made with a picture we sent. It came out very nice and was surprised by how quickly it arrived It did not come in a box so we can find a container to put it in. Not a big deal. It only gets four stars because the puzzle is very thin and will likely get easily damaged. It is thinner than most puzzles we have used. It is only 1.2 mm thick versus other puzzles at 3.4 mm. Was going to order more for family but probably not as too flimsy.

Puzzle is very difficult to put together and take apart. The pieces start to come apart with the top layer lifting off when you separate pieces. There’s no picture to use to help put the puzzle together and no box to put the pieces in. There’s not enough variety in shape of the pieces so there are about 5 places each puzzle piece could fit but only one place is correct, so you spend a lot of time fixing the puzzle as you put it together. The overall look of the puzzle is lovely- it’s a very glossy finish, but it’s been a headache to complete. I bought it as a gift to my mother and instead it’s been a headache.
