This is our automated version of the Digital Planner Bundle currently being offered in our shop. We heard our buyer's requests and after product development, and research on the best formula combination to use, we have arrived at this concept.

No need to type in or copy-paste your tasks to the different planners. Which makes for an ultimate time-saving tool! You only need to input your tasks in the Task Masterlist, and will automatically appear in the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly View. It also has a built-in prioritization matrix which enables the tasks to automatically appear as High, Normal, Low, or Not a Priority. We also acknowledge that some still wanted to have freedom on their color customizations so we included one sheet of Monthly View with all manual input.

The template is customizable through conditional formatting but if you need help customizing your sheets, please do not hesitate to ask for custom requests from us. Changing colors is free of charge after purchase, only needed the hex codes that you wanted in your template :)


FEATURES:

TASK MASTERLIST
→ Input all your tasks and to do list in this sheet, change categories, decide whether you wanted to add the tasks to the planners or not, and set the priority by answering if it's important and urgent and the rest is already automated.

PRIORITIZATION MATRIX
→ See the tasks falling under a specific due date. Just type in the due date and the sheets will automatically fetch all the tasks from the Task Masterlist with the specified due date. No need to type the tasks manually.

DAILY TASK VIEW
→ Focus on what matters TODAY. You will be shown the status of the tasks that you're currently working on so you know which to prioritize as well throughout the day.
→ Track your progress by checking the checkboxes on your daily completion.
→ If ever you thought of a task that you need to do for the day and haven't added it to the Task Masterlist yet, this sheet has a provision for additional tasks, which is also included in your progress bar.
→ After each day, update your tasks and check the checkboxes on the Task Masterlist to mark as complete and to prevent them from appearing in the preceding days.

TOMORROW'S TASK VIEW
→ Gain insight into what your upcoming tasks are. It also has a due date portion so you will know if there are any urgent matters that you need to prioritize.
→ Notes section is also provided to centralize all your thoughts.

WEEKLY TASK VIEW
→ You can also see your tasks for the whole week and time block your schedule by just selecting the task from the drop-down menu. It also features color coding so you may immediately see the prioritization of each task based on your input in the Task Masterlist.

MONTHLY TASK VIEW - AUTO
→ Monthly overview of all your task, no need to type in anything, just input the date from the drop-down menu and you are all set. Like the Weekly Task View, it also features prioritization codes so you may easily see all priority tasks.

MONTHLY TASK VIEW - MANUAL
→ We're giving you a bonus sheet where you can have full freedom to customize based on your preferences.

PROVISIONS:

→ This is a Google Sheets template and is incompatible with Excel or Numbers. Our Excel version is currently under development and will be launching soon! :)

→ We provide the full instructions deck to serve as your guide in the use of this template but send us a message if you need additional help.

→ The worksheets are protected and are not fully customizable. There are some allowed cells for conditional formatting but it is limited as most of the cells have formulas to allow automation. In addition, we have sheets that are protected in which passwords will not be shared with the buyers. This is to avoid illegal distribution of the file and to protect our shop from piracy.

→ As this is a digital file, we do not allow requests for refunds. Once you have fully downloaded the file, we will not be able to retrieve it, unlike physical products which have a return shipping option. This is also aligned with our shop policy. Because of this, we require you to read all the Product Descriptions and consult us for any clarifications to make sure that this product is suitable for you.
