If your order doesn't arrive after 𝟱 business days of the estimated arrival, it is considered lost.

Items that have been sent out on time have been fulfilled to the best of our ability. While we know it is frustrating to not get your order, lost/misdelivered items will NOT be refunded/replaced by us without a subsequent order.

We will walk you through Etsy support to help you get your money back. You can then place an order with us again with our lost package discount code or keep your refund!

Make sure that you have entered a correct mailing address. If it is incorrect, you may be responsible for the shipping cost or whole cost of the replacement(s).

Please contact us BEFORE you use items that you purchase from our shop in any of your projects, crafts, or fundraising events. We require a small usage fee and a written contract for usage on items you plan to sell (i.e. tumblers, mugs, shirts, etc.) and a written contract for fundraising.

Custom orders will have a design fee and/or deposit and may have a longer processing time. You will be given a set number of proofs (edits) for your design. Additional proofs may be an additional cost.

If you choose the option to include a proof, you will get a digital preview of your item prior to it being made and the ability to edit details. Proofs may add additional processing time. If after 3 weeks we do not hear back from you, your item will be shipped as-is.

If you choose to not include a proof, you will get the design delivered to you as-is and it cannot be edited without purchasing a subsequent order (unless the mistake is by us).
