All cards and prints are posted using a recycled cardboard 'do not bend' envelope.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom Orders Please contact EJD via private message before placing your order if you require any custom changes. Do not place your order until EJD has confirmed your request and a custom listing has been created. Orders made without confirmation will be processed as originally listed. Personalised Cards If personalisation is available for your card, all details must be entered in the personalisation field at the time of ordering. Requests made after your order is placed may not be accepted, and your card will be printed exactly as submitted. Printed messages: If a personalised message isn’t provided before checkout, the card will be sent blank inside. If this happens, just get in touch—I’ll be happy to refund the additional fee paid.

I need my item before the estimated delivery date, can you expedite my order?

If you require your order to arrive before the estimated delivery date, please contact us before purchasing. We cannot guarantee rushed orders unless confirmed in advance, and will let you know if we’re able to meet your request. Please note: Most cards are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need faster delivery, postage upgrades are available at checkout. If you did not contact us prior to ordering and your item doesn’t arrive by your preferred date, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund, as you agree to these terms when placing your order. Kindly be aware: "Notes to seller" are not reviewed until we begin processing your order. Any requests to expedite shipping made here may not be seen in time or fulfilled.

I'm waiting for my order (delays during postage)

📬 DELIVERY DELAYS – Jan 2026 Royal Mail has announced that there are currently delays in some areas of the country due to staff shortages. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond my control. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you order in plenty of time (allow an extra 5-7 working days for delivery), or consider upgrading your postage at checkout if your order is needed by a specific date. These delays have been widely reported in the news, and Royal Mail is publishing a list of the most affected postcodes on their website. Please note that this list can change daily. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support of my small business. Please do be aware that bank holidays do affect the delivery date of your item.

Safety is paramount and when choosing to send cards direct to the recipient, a peel and seal envelope is used.

Lost / Non delivered items

An item is not considered significantly delayed until 10 working days have passed from the latest estimated delivery date. All orders are sent with a return address label. If there is an issue with delivery, the item may be returned to us by the postal service,this can take up to 18 calendar days from the expected delivery date. If your item is confirmed lost and has not been returned to us, and the address provided at checkout was correct, a replacement or an alternative card of your choice will be sent. Please report any lost or undelivered items within 14 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate or resolve claims made after 30 calendar days.

I have provided the incorrect address details

Due to the shipping label system I use, I’m unable to amend delivery details once an order is placed. The address is pulled directly from Etsy, and I cannot intercept or manually change it. If you’ve entered the wrong address, you’ll need to place a new order with the correct details. Once that’s done, please message me to let me know, and I’ll cancel the original order with the incorrect address. Important: The initial order will not be cancelled until the second order has been received. If a second order is not placed, your item will be shipped to the original address provided. Unfortunately, address changes cannot be accepted via message or email.

I have a problem with my order

Please contact me within 3 days of the latest estimated delivery date so I can review the issue promptly. I aim to respond within 24 hours, but kindly allow up to 2 working days during busy periods. Notifications of a fault received after 7 working days from the estimated delivery date are not eligible for a refund, unless the issue is due to: - A typing error made by EJD that differs from the personalisation provided, or - An incorrect item being sent. Faults reported within 28 days of the order date may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Issues reported after 28 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All cards and prints up to A4 size are sent via Royal Mail. A3 prints are shipped using a courier service, usually Evri. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery time is in addition to this processing period (including Special Next Working Day Delivery). Delivery Options: - Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class – untracked): Estimated 2–4 working days - Upgrade Option 1 (Royal Mail 1st Class – untracked): Estimated 1–2 working days - Upgrade Option 2 (Special Delivery by 1pm): Guaranteed next working day after dispatch If you need your item sooner than Etsy’s estimated timeframe, feel free to get in touch—we’ll do our best to help.

Returns are not accepted, as all items are made to order. Exceptions: We will gladly resolve any issues in the unlikely event of: - A typing error made by EJD that differs from the details provided on your order form - An incorrect item being sent If either of these applies, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make it right.
