Personalization NOTE: If there is any information missing from your order (name, font, color, size, etc.), I will send you an Etsy message. If I do not hear back within 24 HOURS, I reserve the right to make choices on fonts, colors, fabrics. If name, size or age is missing, I will cancel your order. There are no returns or exchanges on personalized items. Custom NOTE: Yes, I'm happy to work with you on custom orders. Most everything you see listed can be customized in different colors or themes. Feel free to send me a Convo for a custom quote. Please note: in some instances, there may be a customization fee.

Size charts are posted in each listing. If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them. Occasionally, I may need to substitute garment brands, but will always use high-quality with similar sizing. I primarily use 100% cotton, so sizing up is recommended if you are in-between sizes.

Embroidered and applique items should always be washed on cold, delicate cycle, inside-out and line dried. Iron with a warm iron if necessary. Do NOT use fabric softener. Gift wrapping and packaging
