The Gift Certificates are historically inspired to look like the IOU was written on the back of playing cards.

Historically, playing cards were always handy. Notes, IOU's and other important documents were written on them. We have designed our gift certificates in the same manner. They will easily fit in the billfold or purse. They are printed on heavy paper and are durable to keep around. You can purchase them in any amount.

The code will be necessary for redemption.

These are the perfect gift for your friends, loved one and even yourself. Gift Certificates allow you to save up for what you or the recipient would like to indulge in.

How to redeem:
I can either ship it to you or the recipient; just let me know where it is going to be shipped to.
The gift certificate does expire; however, the recipient will be given up to 1 year to redeem it. Shipping charges are always included in the Gift Certificate. This certificate can be redeemed at any time or place we have the shop set up as well. We travel around to different historical reenactments. Sometimes I set up shop and sometimes, we don't. Regardless, if you see me, it can be redeemed.
In order to use your certificate in my ETSY shop. Please e-mail me and inform me of your certificate and the code as well as what you would like to use it on. Your invoice will be adjusted manually, and you will be notified when it’s ready for you to pay any remaining balance. Lost or stolen certificates and codes can only be replaced by the original purchaser. Contact me, with any questions. Please Note: Extra Shipping May Apply.

Lost of stolen cards:
If a card or code is lost or stolen, you, the original purchaser, will need to contact me to get a replacement. I can't replace funds for any gift certificate codes which have already been used. So let me know as soon as you know there is a problem.

SHELF LIFE: Unopened products that are stored in darkness with cool temperatures will last one year. Once the product is opened, they have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months.

Note: With these recipes and products being all natural and organic as well as historical- they are prone to change consistency in varying weather conditions. That does not take away from their potency or their quality- it just means that it's a natural product without any chemical additives. Our products may melt. We can't guarantee what consistency they will arrive in during the summer months. If this happens- put them in the fridge and give them a stir once cool.

GIFT NOTES: Let us know if this is a gift. We have special cards to put in with the order. Let us know what you would like to say and we can write a little note on the card.

GIFT WRAP: We generally don't gift wrap - We do wrap many of our items in fancy paper to begin with. As always a gift box is recommended.
