We do our best to ship the same day your order is placed, or the next business day. For urgent shipping, please let us know before or when placing your order. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some postcards and photos use Etsy’s USPS First Class Mail (via Pitney Bowes) to reduce costs. If you prefer a different shipping method than shown as default in the listing, please change to your preferred shipping method. This may require a higher charge, usually available as an upgrade at checkout. If the option you would like isn’t available, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Note: Extra-large or difficult-to-ship items may need extra handling time, stated in the listing.

Easy Returns for Damaged or Not as Described Items

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback. We will do our best to make things right. We accept returns only if the item is not as described or arrives damaged. For U.S. orders that meet these conditions, we generally provide a prepaid return label unless another arrangement is agreed upon. Returns must be approved in advance and shipped within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping on all other returns. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Our items are vintage and sold without warranty. While we do our best to ensure items are odor-free, vintage pieces may retain light scents from age or storage. This is not considered a defect.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We accept cancellations if the request is made before your item is pre-shipped. In that case, a full refund will be issued. Once your order has been pre-shipped, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund. This includes cases where a shipping label has been purchased and the order is prepared for mailing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted from any refund, as we are still charged by the carrier.

Address Accuracy & Lost Mail

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Etsy’s USPS First Class Mail service through Pitney Bowes, and include tracking. Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address or for packages marked as “delivered” but not received. We cannot offer a refund if a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed after delivery attempts. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We take great care in packaging and have extensive experience ensuring items arrive safely, just read our reviews. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us right away. Do not throw away the packaging or the item, as they may be required for an insurance claim. If the packaging or item is discarded, we may not be able to reimburse for shipping damage. Keeping everything intact helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All domestic USA orders over $35 ship fast and free to all U.S. addresses. With free shipping paid for by us, we choose the most efficient, cost-effective method. This may include USPS, Pitney Bowes, FedEx, or UPS. Postcards, certain photos, and other selected items may ship via Etsy’s USPS First Class Mail service (Pitney Bowes). You can track in Etsy or at http://trackpb.shipment.co/track/ using your tracking number. If you prefer a different shipping method, please select it at checkout. This may require a higher charge, usually available as an upgrade. If not offered, contact us before ordering and we will try to accommodate you.

Resolving Order Issues Quickly

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback. We will do our best to make things right. Any issue with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly investigate and resolve it. If an issue is not reported within 3 days of delivery, we will be unable to offer assistance. Prompt communication ensures we can address the matter quickly and fairly.

Other Helpful Information

Our items are one-of-a-kind and may be discontinued at any time. Prices, promotions, and coupons can change without notice. Coupons or discounts issued by us cannot be combined or stacked.

International Orders & Delivery Times

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We cannot mark customs forms with inaccurate values or descriptions. Delivery times vary by country and postal service, and may take 2–4 weeks or more depending on customs. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not issue a refund solely because an order takes longer than expected. If you need an item quickly, please choose expedited shipping. If the option you want isn’t listed, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help. If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please be sure to double-check your shipping details and any custom fees at checkout to avoid any issues.

Vintage Item Condition & Color Accuracy

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or monitor settings. All vintage items may show light wear consistent with age. We describe and photograph items as accurately as possible so you can buy with confidence. We do not smoke and do our best to ensure items are odor-free, but vintage pieces may retain light scents from age or storage. This is not considered a defect. If you would like to see additional photos before ordering, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
