Do you do custom orders?

When will my item ship?

We ship all items within 7-10 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

What if I received a damaged item?

Although we package every order carefully and put a fragile sticker on the package, breakage can occur during shipping. If this happens to your order, please message us within 24 hours of receiving the item through Etsy messaging system. We will require adequate proof of any damage or breakage reported, so please include images of the damaged item. Refunds will not be provided, only replacements.
