Gemstone: Cubic zirconia
These earrings began with beautiful tiny JWST mirror pendants created by artist Akif Teoman (Etsy: teomandesign). He produced them in 925 silver plated with gold, also known as "vermeil," and placed a tiny cubic zirconia in the center. The pendant is about 12mm (1/2 inch) wide. The mirror polish is brilliant.
Because of the controversy surrounding the naming of the JWST, I thought it would be cheeky to pair the pieces with pride flags picked out in naturally colored gemstones. I show two examples here:
Rainbow pride flag:
red and orange: carnelian
yellow: honey jade
green: fancy jasper
blue: dumortierite
purple: amethyst
Lesbian pride flag:
shades of orange: carnelian
white: citrus jade
shades of pink: rhodonite
darkest pink: rhodolite garnet
I can make any flag you like! I have gemstones in all the colors needed for any pride flag.

Such a beautiful and scientifically-formed piece! I love how all the stones are translucent and look just like the stars in pretty much every astronomy illustration of main sequence stars' lifetimes that I've ever seen. I feel like I'm wearing stars on my wrist. Now I want to save up for the matching necklace!

Love the clasp (brass finish) and the bracelet is true to size (which means I can take it on and off without unclasping it, yay!). Looking at it makes me smile every time I see it on my wrist.
