SIZES:*** WHAT SIZE AM I?***
Country by country there are differences in the size chart, so please measure yourself (height,chest, waist and hips) and compare with our size chart. If you are not sure what size is fit to you, please convo us.
We use the European middle size chart. It means, our “M” size is more like UK, US or Germany “S”, but can be “L” size in Japan or China.

MATERIAL:
Multi- layered
Outer layer: 100% polyester+TPU -SOFTSHELL,
Inner layer in the middle: 100% micro polyester WELLSOFT, and QUILTED linen at the hip
inside in the sleeves: brush back COTTON FLEECE with spandex (95% cotton, 5%elastan)

The outer material, SOFTSHELL, is a wind and water repelling as well as highly breathable fabric. It is made by bonding three layers of fabric together: the fleecy inner face is warm and soft, which makes the coat more comfortable to wear. While the wind and water stopping membrane layer – due to it’s hightech solution – keeps out precipitation, it still allows for perspiration and water vapor to “breathe” from the garment. The third layer is made of knitted fabric.
The WELLSOFT inner layer is double sided. Both of the side is warm and soft fleece. The lining is quilted at the hip, so it is also warm, soft and light. The sleeves lining are made of cotton jersey's inner side is fleece, so it keeps your arms warm.
Washing and caring

We know that you are busy. The good news is that you can wash your GERTRUD coat at home without having to take it to the cleaner! Wash it by hand or in the washing machine! Choose a gentle program at 30°C while washing it in the washing machine. Be cautious with the detergent: use liquid detergent, washing nuts or special liquid for softshell. Never use rinse aid since in our experience the chemical impairs the waterproofness of the jacket. Always wash your coat fully zipped to protect your washing machine’s drum. We recommend low speed spinning after a wash. Ironing is not necessary.
If you use delicate washing, the coat will last longer.


STYLING:
Sometimes less is more. The minimal and asymmetric hooded double-colored winter coat manages to be functional and beautiful on any occasion and make you feel comfortable and stylish!
You will be protected and unique!
We recommend it for a commuting lifestyle. This coat goes well with dresses, pants, leggings, skirts, high heels shoes, sneakers or boots…


PRODUCTION and SHIPPING:
Usually we have everything on stock, and we dispatch it in 2-5 days.
But it can happen, that your chosen coat is not in stock at that moment. In this case, we will inform you trought mail then make it for you. It usually takes 3-4 weeks.

We deliver for free to the following countries via GLS or DHL ( depends):
Hungary, European Union, United kingdom, Canada, United State

We ship for 20 Euro to the following countries:
Europe- non EU member states

We ship for 30 Euro to the following countries:
Australia, Japan, Israel

(Please note that the custom laws differ from country to country.
Additional costs may arise when ordering (such as customs), which are not included in the price.)


RETURN POLICY:
We know how difficult it is to buy a dress online: is the size right, what is the color of the jacket in real life? After ordering, we will contact you to send you the right size coat.
If you still would like to send the jacket back because it's not the right size, you have the option to exchange it, but the return cost is yours. We'll send you a new one for free, but you'll be responsible for any extra customs fees for returning it.
If you decide not to buy, you can return the unused product within 16 days. In this case, we will refund the price of the product.
