Our 20oz stainless steel skinny tumbler is double walled and vacuum insulated to keep drinks cold or hot for hours! The exterior is a smooth and glossy white sublimation finish.

The skinny tumbler comes with the following:

👉 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend hand washing the skinny tumbler only to preserve the vacuum seal and the quality of the sublimation ink design.

👉 PRINTING METHOD

Our cups are sublimation printed, which is a special process where ink is permanently infused into the cup. No vinyl, decal, or sticker. The cup remains smooth and glossy and the design will not peel.

Production Time:

Please check the shipping and delivery details for our current production estimates. The production time is the estimated number of days it should take before your order is put into the mail.

Note: Proof requests and approvals may slightly increase processing time.

Order Tracking:

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is ready to ship so you can follow the status of your shipment. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a tracking number for each package.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping is typically 2-5 business days depending on location and Priority Shipping is typically 2-3 business days depending on location. However, those are estimates by the mail carrier and are not guaranteed by the mail carrier.

Expedited shipping is sometimes available for certain products. Feel free to reach out to me with your zip code if you need your order expedited and I can look for additional shipping rates for you.

Once your package is picked up by the mail carrier, I unfortunately have little to no control of it. BUT, please contact me right away if you experience any shipping or mail carrier issues. I will do what I can to help and I have a special trick that can sometimes help to get things moving again!

We encourage you to double-check your address during checkout. Because of our quick production process, we cannot always guarantee shipping address changes after purchase. Please contact me right away if a change needs to be made to your shipping address.

👉 PACKAGING

Please note, because of our made to order process, our tumblers may be shipped separately from other products in your order. When a variety of products are ordered together, you may receive your order in multiple packages. We will update you with the tracking number for each package as it is on its way to you.
