What is your refund, return, exchange policy?

Since items are made to order, we can only offer full refunds, returns, or exchanges if there was a mistake on our end (for example, the item was the wrong size, colour, design, or pattern). Within 2 days of receiving your order, please get in touch with us, and we'll try our best to make things right. If a buyer orders the wrong size, we do not offer a refund/return/exchange service, but you can contact us for a discount and we'll try our best to make things right. We cannot guarantee that the product is 100% the same as the picture. If the item is damaged due to uncertain logistics, within 2 days, contact customer service to provide a customized solution according to the problem.

Why I haven't received my order? (Shipping Delay)

Some handmade items take time to make, please order in advance if you have important events or days. When delivery takes longer than anticipated, I ask that you be understanding and wait one month before declaring an item lost. Of course, I have no control over postal services, when packages must be transferred between postal services, or when they must pass through customs. Please make sure you leave us the correct shipping address and name. If the address is wrong, the recipient has moved, there is no house number, or there are other personal uncertainties, the package cannot be delivered smoothly. What if the handmade phone case decoration accessories fall off?

First, whether the cream glue is fully bonded to the accessories after the phone case is placed for 2–3 days. Second, thank you for your understanding. When we select materials, we are constantly avoiding accessories that are not compatible with cream glue. Third, if the accessories fall off, we humbly accept your feedback, and please use glue to reinforce them, and check them firmly after one day before using them. It is an uncontrollable normal factor for 2-3 handmade accessories to fall off, not including an after-sales refund & returns & exchange policy.

How to Clean Your Handmade Decoden Phone Case？

Method 1: Gently wipe the surface with an alcohol pad. Method 2: Use a small brush to gently wash away the stains under water. (Please make sure the cream glue is dry.) Method 3: Use a dry brush to clean the surface dust. Reminder: It is not recommended to use a 3D phone case every day like a flat phone case. Of course, you can also consider customizing a flat phone case from our store. Thanks!

Wow! This looks just like in the pic!! Also it was glittery, which is what i didn’t know, that was a huge surprise, it looks even better in person than the photos! Also note that shipment and arrival will take a month or 2 because they did note that it needs to dry, which causes a delay in the shipping. And the seller was so nice and helpful and even gave me a 30% off my next purchase because of a circumstance. Also, the seller gives an extra cool item!! I think it’s a makeup brush. Thanks for that! I will be telling everyone about your store so that they can purchase the best iPhone cases here instead of any other stores!

The iPhone case on the left was my first purchase from this seller. Later, I had to order a case for a different iPhone model, which is the case on the right. Unfortunately, the colors are very different. The second case does not have the same glittery design as the first one—it is mostly just silver glitter. The case is also a darker pink color. I was expecting the same original color and design as my first case and as shown in the pictures. The first case had a more noticeable rainbow glitter effect, which I really liked. On the positive side, the second order shipped faster than the first. However, this time the wait was not worth it. The iPhone 7 Pro case is not very appealing visually, and I am disappointed with the inconsistency in design and color.

The quality is great and looks just like the picture and they fixed my shipping address for me. But.. I made two requests and also followed up to make sure they got it and understood. They said yes and now that i’ve received it, none of the requests were made. I still think it’s cute and i’m going to enjoy it but i am a little disappointed. Especially since they said you can make requests and changes and i also saw reviews of people making customizations. If you order from them i think it may be best to just stick to the picture and not make customizations.

Just a quick note — custom changes like switching from the peach to a 3D strawberry usually require extra materials and time, and we don’t charge extra unless agreed beforehand. We missed your follow-up message as we were handling many orders, so we went ahead with the original peach design as selected.
