CAN I TRY MY TEMPLATE BEFORE I PURCHASE?

Absolutely! In each listing there is a link to a free demo of the exact template on Templett.com. This will allow you to see what features and elements are editable in the design prior to purchasing. Please note that there are watermarks on the demo version and it is unavailable to save or download.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY TEMPLETT LINK? 
It takes a few minutes for your order to be processed. You will receive an email from Templett within about 10 minutes. This email will go to the email address input at checkout with your order, so please make sure that your email address used is up to date. 


HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY TEMPLATE?
Templett allows you to download in 3 file formats, depending on your needs.


DOWNLOAD OPTIONS: 
PDF - for home printing, copy center or print shop 
JPG - for print shop, photo lab or to send digitally 
PNG - for email, text or social media sharing 

DOWNLOAD EXTRAS:
•Show Bleed - Most professional print shops will require a bleed. We recommend using bleed in most cases when the finished print will need to be trimmed. Templett’s bleed is the standard 1/8" all the way around.
•Show Trim Marks - Use trim marks only when you are going to trim your template yourself. Print shops will not want trim marks on the PDF file.
•Save Paper - This will fit as many templates on each page as possible to save paper. Select this option only if you are printing and trimming the stationery yourself.

HOW DO I EDIT MY FILE?
Each product listing details what can be edited within that template. Many of our templates also include a set of instructions within the Templett link. Make sure to try the free demo included in the link in every listing, so you can see firsthand what can be edited within the template.

TEXT: Text can be edited for wording, font, font color, and placement.

ARTWORK: Most artwork cannot be resized or moved. The demo link will let you preview what you can adjust in your template.

BACKGROUND: The background color can be changed in most templates. If a template does not have a background, create one by clicking the ‘Layers’ tab in the right menu, and select ‘Add Background.’ Choose a background color that suits your needs by selecting the ‘Background Color’ square in the top gray menu, and select a color.

IMAGES: Add your own images to further personalize your template.

BACKSIDE: Some of our templates come with a designed backside. If your template does not, feel free to add one in Templett using the ‘Add Page’ button.

SIZE: The overall size of the template is fixed and cannot be changed.

ORIENTATION: The template is set as either landscape or template and cannot be changed or rotated.

No. All of our designs include the font you saw in the original design. And Templett is a web-based editing tool, so as long as you have an internet connection and a computer, you are all ready to start editing your template.

I am not not offering customizations to items listed in the shop or new design requests. Please read the item description carefully prior to purchase, try the demo in the description to ensure that the design can be modified in the ways that you need, and email any questions before purchase.

•Local Print Shop (i.e. Staples, FedEx, etc) - Download your file as a PDF with ‘Save Paper’ and ‘Show Trim Marks’ selected. Print on cardstock and trim on the lines.

•Prints of Love - https://printsoflove.com/ref/EmberPapier Download your file as a PDF with ‘Show Bleed’ chosen. Use code ‘EMBERPAPIER10’ for 10% off orders over $49.

•Home printer - Download your file as a PDF with ‘Save Paper’ and ‘Show Trim Marks’ selected. We recommend using at least 100 lb weight paper to print on at home.

•Online Print Vendor (i.e. Zazzle) - Download your file as a JPG at 300dpi and ‘Add Bleed’ selected. Select your Create Your Own item, click the Customize Your Design and upload the JPG. Make sure the Size selected is the same as the template design.

Due to the nature of our instant digital templates, refunds and exchanges are unavailable after purchase has been completed. All digital items have a demo link available to make sure it is the perfect fit for your event. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions.

•Templates purchases are ONE-TIME USE ONLY. You can edit, save & download your template unlimited times for editing & proofing purposes only.

•The purchased template can only be used for a single event. Using the template for multiple events may result in your access being revoked.

•The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from Ember Papier is exclusively for your personal use & not for distribution, sale or other use.

•Ember Papier reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with these terms.
