How can I rush my order?

Currently, we are not offering rush options, but our overall turnaround time (especially for our printed garments) is super fast.

How long does it take to respond to my convo?

We try our best to answer convos as quickly as possible. We answer them in the order in which they are received, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response, as we do our printing/designing during the day. We answer convos Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, and sporadically during the weekends. Please allow until the following Monday for a response if you have sent us a convo over the weekend, as we dedicate weekends to family. Thank you!

How can I check the status of my order?

Each piece we make is handmade to order by us! Our current production time is 1-2 weeks (not including weekends and holidays). If you have a custom order, it could take a little longer for us to design it for you. You can see the scheduled ship date of your order here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Tracking notification emails are sent once your order has been shipped.

Other Various Policies

Resale: We do not consent to, or allow, any of our goods (blankets, tees, etc.) to be resold in any form for business purposes - this includes seamstresses using blankets to resell for fabric, etc.. Any person found doing so will have their orders cancelled immediately. Lost packages: Once we fulfill an item and provide tracking, the item and delivery is out of our hands. Occasionally packages get lost or delayed via USPS. We are not responsible for lost items or items marked delivered. That being said, if it is possible for us to offer a replacement, we may offer that option on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.

Pomegranates: the fruit associated with life, death, rebirth, eternal life, fertility, abundance, and marriage, are also associated with Persephone's journey to the underworld. When she married Hades, he took her into the underworld and tricked her into eating six pomegranate seeds (representing the six winter months of the year). Persephone's mother, Demeter, goddess of fertility, went into mourning and the entire earth began to die, nothing would grow.

Those six months (represented by one seed per month), the Fall/Winter, and the six months Persephone was able to reunite with her mother are Spring and Summer, when the land was fertile again.
