Made with only organic flour for the most delicious sourdough bread! VERY ACTIVE! I use this starter daily in my micro bakery and it creates the most beautiful loaves!

What you will receive:
•100 grams LIVE sourdough starter in a plastic jar.(Starter will be in a food grade safe baggie and jar to prevent leaking during shipping).

•Includes a QR code on the lid with instructions on how to care for your sourdough starter.

•EASY to follow instructions for a beginner sourdough baker. QR code with instructions on how to make the best sourdough loaf and links to other yummy sourdough recipes that I love and enjoy baking!🍞

Arrived in a ziplock bag that was inside of the jar and it was spilled out of the bag so it made transfer a little bit messy. Haven’t baked with it yet, but it’s starting to perk up. Definitely would considering alternative packaging but otherwise no complaints.
