The item received was as advertised and received quickly (although shipping was expensive). Although I have no complaints about the product, I was disappointed in the customer service. I contacted the seller within minutes of placing the order. I informed him it was done in error and you please cancel. I received an immediate response that he doesn’t accept returns or exchanges. I was asking for neither … just a simple ‘cancel’. I would not have expected that consideration if I didn’t contact him minutes after the order went through. In my various dealings with Etsy sellers I’m never encountered one that did not go above and beyond to satisfy. There’s always a first time.
