✔Wash it at a maximum of 30 degrees.
✔Do not use bleach.
✔After the cardigan is washed, laid it on a flat surface to dry.
✔Straighten the products by hand as much as possible, do not use an iron.

The products are shipped within 3-7 business days at the latest after the order is placed, and they reach you within a week at the latest to Europe, Canada and USA.

Beautiful poncho. Just as pictured. Great customer service, very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Thank you! Shipping was a little slow but that was no fault of the sellers, the poncho got slowed down in customs. I will enjoy this poncho for years to come.

It's gorgeous & I love it! The wrapping was so tight around the item that I was terrified I was going to cut into it. Perhaps another way of packing this would be better.
