3.75" dimeter, quilting cotton top, organic cotton fleece on the back and sewn with cotton thread.
Filled with flax seeds. Cover is not removable.

Hot + cold packs can be used for any aches, pains, bumps
and bruises that require a hot or cold compress

Flax seeds are 40% oil so they
retain their heat much better than water based rice or corn.


TO USE:

Heat in microwave for 30 seconds then at 10 second intervals
Until desired heat. Always have an adult check temperature

As a cool pack keep in the freezer in a plastic bag to prevent smells
