Suit arrived dirty and the seller has horrible customer service and called me names and accused me of stealing. They sent me a dirty suit that was clearly previously worn as you can see from the dirty collar. The seller only asked for my size which is an XL so this suit wasn’t custom made. I told the seller I want a refund and they told me to send it back DHL express 3-5 business days and the shipping cost more than what I paid for the suit. The seller reached out to me on WhatsApp asking if they should clean the suit because it’s dirty. I don’t use WhatsApp so the seller sent me a dirty suit. Why would anyone send their customer a dirty suit. Then they told me to dry clean it. Wasn’t going to leave a review and maybe they made a mistake but then the seller started messaging me on Etsy calling me names and accused me of scamming

I am sorry about this. I don't ship dirty outfits to my customers because I want them happy and satisfied. MY OTHER REVIEWS CAN TESTIFY TO THAT FACT. This was an oversight. I offered to pay for it to be dry-cleaned, you said no that I should refund you. I issued you a full refund because I was at fault and wanted you happy. I asked you to return the suit, even offered to pay for the return cost, but you never replied. Now you have my suit and the money you paid.
