In these times when far too many people and organizations feel quite comfortable being deceptive, taking advantage, and showing little or no care, my experience with this seller was exactly the opposite. The placemats were obviously made with love and caring. They are so beautiful and I feel fortunate to have them. The seller's attention to detail (e.g., email about the order shipping, the care instructions on the back of their business card, the presentation and packaging) was not only great but a real joy - how nice to have someone who genuinely cares.
