International shipping

All international orders ship fully tracked through Asendia. Shipping times vary 1-8 weeks depending upon the destination. All shipping times listed are estimates and not guarantees! Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT and import fees for their order. Refusal to pay these fees may result in your order being sent back or destroyed. Orders sent back due to unpaid fees may only have the product portion refunded once I receive it. Refunds will be minus shipping costs and any additional import fees as a result of the return.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct! Items will be shipped to the address exactly as it is written. I will only reach out to verify an address if I'm blocked from purchasing a label. If you discover you have entered your address incorrectly after placing an order please contact me ASAP. The situation can be resolved as long as the order has not shipped. In order to keep Etsy Purchase Protection active, I may require you to cancel and re-order with the corrected address. I cannot send replacements or give refunds for packages that go missing due to an incorrect address. If the package is returned to me I can resend it for an additional shipping cost or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Returns & Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS: Please contact me via Etsy message ASAP. Once your order has shipped and is no longer in my possession I will be unable to cancel it. RETURNS: Please contact me via Etsy message within 14 days of delivery for full instructions on returning eligible items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I may provide a return label for your convenience upon request, the cost of which will be taken out of your order refund. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition: clean, free of damage, no smells, no pet hair. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will only be processed once I have received the items back in my possession and they have been inspected.

Shipping and processing times

Orders normally ship in 1-5 business days unless otherwise indicated in my shop announcements or on individual listing pages. Please be mindful that all listed shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. While uncommon, some domestic orders may take around 2 weeks to arrive during severe weather events, local postal worker shortages or the busy holiday season. While I can assure I ship your order out in a timely manner, please understand that delays during transit are unfortunately out of my control. It is always suggested to place an order well in advance if getting your order by a certain date is important to you. Feel free to reach out if you have questions on arrival dates before placing and order!

Damaged or lost orders

In any case where your order arrives damaged please save the packaging it was shipped in and contact me through Etsy Message ASAP so I can resolve the situation for you. I will need clear pictures of all damage and packaging so please be prepared to provide this. Do not throw anything away as it will be needed for insurance purposes! If you believe your order to be lost please reach out to me so I can look into the matter for you. I can help facilitate opening a case through Etsy Purchase Protection Program for a full refund on orders that do go missing. If you'd like a replacement, I may require you to open a case through Etsy for a refund, then have you place a new order for the replacement.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your items will be neatly wrapped in high quality gift-wrap and sealed with a sticker and/or decorative cord. Colors are of my own choosing and based upon availability, but will be appropriate for any occasion. Please provide a gift message to be printed on the backside of a 4x6 post card featuring a seasonal art print. All items will be wrapped together in the same box/packaging whenever possible and only individually wrapped when necessary. If you have questions on available colors, decorations or the specific approach in packaging please message me before placing your order. I'm happy to show you what I have available!

Sticker letter tracking information

Stickers shipped via letter mail include tracking through Etsy, but it is very basic and not as detailed as package tracking. This tracking relies on scans from sorting machines as the letter moves through the postal system. Because of this, it’s not unusual for scans to be incomplete, missed entirely, or for delivery statuses to be marked prematurely. Unlike packages, letter mail is not scanned by your postal worker upon delivery. Instead, delivery statuses are estimates based on when the letter is scanned at the final major distribution center before being sorted for delivery. Even after this scan, it may take a couple of days for the letter to reach your local post office and be delivered.

Print-on-demand, drop-shipping, AI and more

I DO NOT utilize print-on-demand services or drop ship any of my products from other locations. Every single item in my shop is something I've hand-made and/or custom designed. I maintain my own stock and every order is packaged and shipped by me personally from my studio in Seattle, Washington. I DO NOT utilized AI in the creation, planning or production of any of my artwork or designs. Everything I produce are by my own hand and without the aid of AI image generation. My items are only available on this Etsy shop, my web shop and businesses on my stockist list. If you see it anywhere else, it's fake or stolen.
