**My standard processing time is between 3-4 weeks, however during Halloween, Christmas and Mardi Gras it may be more. Please make sure you pay attention to the current timeframe (and understand I may be running at the longest part of the timeframe-so if the current processing timeframe is 3-4 weeks, I may be closer to 4 weeks) on the dress listing prior to purchasing and add Rush Processing when needed! I cannot guarantee I will see the notes/preferences listed with your order until I am actively working on your order. For this reason, you MUST contact me in advance to let me know if you need the dress earlier than my timeframe. If you do not contact me prior to ordering, your order will be filled within my current processing time. Please make sure to include any useful information (measurements if necessary, preferences or changes, date needed by, etc), in the notes at checkout, in an effort to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product.


Please note that no two items will ever be identical. All dresses and accessories listed in my shoppe may be sent with alternative flowers, pearls, rhinestones, trim, ribbon or other embellishments than what is pictured on the listing, while still staying true to the colors and textures of the theme and style pictured. These changes occur to ensure that every order is made uniquely. Any changes that may be made will always be done using a similar, or higher quality material. In an effort to keep production streamlined, messages will not be sent individually to notify customers of any alterations for the item(s) pictured above. Due to variations of colors when items are viewed on different screens and devices, please understand that colors may vary slightly.

Decoration placement will never be 100% identical to the photo, as it is impossible to guarantee each piece will be the same size, type, color, etc. but the overall design will always be the same.

**Candy Dresses: Please keep in mind that every dress made with individual candies, flowers, trims, bows and other embellishments may have slight variations. Smaller dresses may not be able to accommodate the same number of candy pieces, larger flowers or bows. Some dresses may have an abundance of lollipops, while others have different candy styles that are more prevalent. Colors and shapes may also vary due to availability and what is in stock, but will always match the product theme and color scheme beautifully. Candy placement is never guaranteed to be identical, as each piece of candy varies in size and shape and must be placed to fit the dress size. The overall design theme will always be the same, with slight variations.

**Feather Dresses: Any dress with feathers will likely shed a bit, as is typical with feather dresses. Please remember to give your dress a bit of a shake when pulling it out of the box. Feather color may vary, as they are dyed. Please note that any feather dress utilizing a feather boa around the bottom edge may be gathered more or less than pictured and may appear different in person. I do not provide refunds or allow returns in the event that the feathers gather differently than expected.

**Tiaras: ALL Tiaras are high quality, but are also a tad heavy due to the weight of the metal, as well as the decorations. Tiaras will require bobby pins to secure. Please consider this when purchasing!

** Decorative and Mini Hat Headbands: Both decorative and mini hat headbands will be made using high quality black satin headbands or chunky glitter headbands (depending on current requests and availability). Headbands may be a bit heavy due to the decorations placed on them. In the event that the headband is too heavy to keep in place, it is highly recommend to secure with bobby pins for a stronger hold.

**Mardi Gras Dresses: While Mardi Gras dresses are available for purchase all year, please remember that if you are purchasing a Mardi Gras themed dress during Mardi Gras season, road closures in New Orleans and surrounding cities due to Mardi Gras parades may cause delays. For this reason, please make sure you order in advance or select appropriate Rush Processing and shipping options. I can absolutely make arrangements to meet locally for pickup/dropoff with enough notice, but processing/creation times still apply.

**Pageant Dresses: Please provide all relevant information at the time of purchase regarding the exact date your dress must be delivered. Please take into account any timing requirements by your pageant administration regarding costume approval. Should a dress need to be rushed for early pageant approval, there may be a Rush Processing fee applied.

**Dance Teams & Companies: If you are ordering 6 or more items, please reach out to me for bulk pricing as it is available for some items! I am happy to make beautiful creations for any dance teams and companies! If my listing does not have enough dresses of a specific design available for purchase, please reach out to me and I’ll be happy to fix that for you! Please also be sure to collect appropriate measurements for each dancer including the chest, waist and length from belly button to where you’d like the bottom of the dress to end. Please also include the date when all items must be delivered.

**Bling Shoes: Bling Shoes will always be authentic Converse. In an effort to prevent any damage to rhinestones and beads, shoes will not be shipped in original converse box, as they would be crushed during shipment inside original box. Original shoelaces will be sent with Bling Shoes. Please be sure to order the correct size. Keep in mind that Converse recommends sizing down, but this can vary from person to person, so the best bet is to try a Converse shoe on prior to ordering, as this is the most accurate way to be sure you are ordering the correct size. I will not be held responsible or provide refunds if the shoe size you choose does not fit to your liking. Screen monitor resolution differs between devices and can therefore show color slightly differently. Colors are shown to the best of my ability. Please note that some beads and rhinestones (also candy pieces or other bead embellishments) may fall off during the course of normal wear and tear. No exchanges, refunds, returns or repairs will be given for loss and/or removed stones or pearls.

I generally have anywhere from 30-60 orders at one time. For this reason, I reserve the right to adjust shipping dates based on my current order queue, but will always make sure orders are sent out in time for the dates they are needed. Feel free to inquire about shipment times if needed, but please do not send a message daily, as this takes time away from all of my orders and therefore slows down the entire process. Multiple shipment update inquiries may be overlooked in an effort to continue steady pace with order processing.

Processing time is for ITEM CREATION only, and this does not include shipping time. Essentially, rush processing is the ability to skip the line and have your dress made and ready for shipment faster. Should you have a need to receive your dress sooner than the posted timeframe on the listing, please reach out to me with the dress, size and date needed by to ensure that I can accommodate your needs. Rush processing fees may apply to orders requiring creating and production faster than my posted timeframe.

**Rush processing is no longer available after the order has been placed and production of the item has started unless you discuss this with me directly. If you notify me that you need an item sooner at the time of purchase, but do not pay the Rush Processing fee within 24 hours, your order may be canceled entirely at my discretion if and only if I am unable to meet your deadline at the last minute. Please note that I am not responsible for delays on the part of any shipping carrier. Rush Processing will NOT be refunded in the event that item is delayed in shipment once the item is in the hands of the shipping company (UPS, FedEx or USPS).


I will always try to accommodate to the best of my ability, however I am not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or any delivery service, as I cannot control delivery once the item leaves my hands. I do offer a FREE FedEx/UPS Ground Saver shipping option, however I always recommend paying for upgraded shipping to avoid your package sitting for weeks in a shipment facility, which happens on occasion with ground packages.

**Please also keep in mind that if you choose the FREE Parcel Select Ground shipping option-your package will NOT be insured, as this is not an insured service. If you’d like to purchase insurance, please let me know so I can add that when shipping your order.

UPS, FedEx and USPS may have delays due to weather, closures, holidays, etc.

As I live in the greater New Orleans area, please remember that there are several days a year when the entire city shuts down for parades, making it difficult for mail services to transport packages, which may cause delays. Items will NOT be refunded and returns will NOT be accepted for items delivered after events or holidays due to UPS, FedEx or USPS delays. 


The shipping option you select at checkout is the way your item will be shipped. If you choose the basic “free shipping” option, your order will ship the cheapest way possible and will NOT be insured. If you need an item shipped faster, (shipping time and processing time are two different things) it is your responsibility to select the appropriate shipping option at the time of purchase. Items that arrive after events or holidays due to the shipping selection you choose will absolutely not be refunded and returns will not be accepted. 


**LOCAL & MARDI GRAS CUSTOMERS: If you are purchasing a dress for a specific 2025 Mardi Gras Krewe parade or event, please leave me a note in the preference box letting me know so that am able to make sure you receive your dress in plenty of time for your event! Laissez Le Bon Temps Rouler!


If a last minute dress is needed in Infant/Toddler/Girls sizes, check out the Ready to Ship items that are available in the “Ready To Ship” section of my Shoppe. These dresses are ready to ship same day/next day (within 1-2 business days). Please note that there is only ONE dress available in ONE size for each listing. 


**Sizing: Dresses will range in sizes from newborn to adult plus sizes and will be designed for a variety of occasions.

 All dresses utilize beautiful satin ribbon straps that tie into the back of the dress in a sweet little bow, allowing the dresses to be adjusted for both fit & comfort! Each dress has an option that every customer may select regarding length preferences.

Please note that providing exact measurements is best for length, from belly button, down to where the desired length of the dress will end. 

The length and size of dresses will default to the selected length on the listing at the time of purchase unless more information is provided. Please inquire with me for sizing charts to ensure accurate measurements. Length will be measured at “average” length for above knee, knee length, mid calf (as permitted) and may vary a bit from person to person, depending on specific body type and height. Please keep in mind that the shorter the length of a dress, the more “poof” it will have. Longer dresses will naturally hang straighter and will not have as much volume, so if the look you are going for is extra poof, please select length accordingly!

Top size is customizable by width (bust/chest/waist size) but not by length. Any requests to make the top longer or shorter will be unable to be filled and will default to the typical top length for the dress design. In adult sizing, sizes 0-6 will be made using tops that are approximately 4” shorter than larger sizes. Please note that the size selected at the time of purchase (dress size, as well as length) will default to average sizing unless other measurements are provided.

When choosing a size, please choose the size worn in everyday clothing. If you don’t see your size listed, please feel free to inquire! All dresses are very true to size, and the straps tie into a satin ribbon bow in the back to make them adjustable for fit and comfort. Please note that the satin ribbon bow can be adjusted and/or tied in differently, should you wish to do so.

Names are not able to be added to dresses or shoes, so in the event that a name is added in the personalization box on the listing at time of purchase, please understand that a name will not be added to the dress or shoes and the order will be filled as usual.

Please note: Item price at time of sale is the final price. I will NOT refund the difference if the same item is on sale after purchase date. I run sales regularly, but I do not extend specific sale prices past the expiration date.

I recommend spot cleaning only for dresses and shoes, and never recommend running them through a washing machine, in order to maintain their structural integrity. If tulle is wrinkled (and it likely will be, due to boxing and shipment time, please use a fabric steamer or a spray bottle with water and a tiny bit of fabric softener to smooth wrinkles. You may also find success with running the shower with while the dress is hanging in the room.


**Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept returns or exchanges as stated in my Shoppe policies. All of my dresses, shoes and accessories are 100% handmade by me, so the time and attention I put into each product from ordering supplies, to the finished product isn’t something I can get back, which is why my shop policy states that I do not accept cancellations.

CAUTION! All products listed in my shoppe may contain small parts that could be a choking hazard! Please make sure that you supervise children around these products!
