Custom and personalized orders

I will be happy to create custom/personalized items if your chosen fabric is available, so I can make different size, color or more than one item. If you wish to order something in different size, color or larger quantities, please send me a message for more info about availability, prices and shipping options (to keep your postage cost to a minimum for bulk orders). Please note that custom orders may not be cancelled once purchased, or returned, exchanged or refunded as I make this item to your specifications and start working on it as soon as you order.

All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical, that's what makes my work unique. Please ask about sizing, color and for more pictures if you are uncertain about an item before purchase. Please note that the actual colors may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions.

Wholesale availability

Most of my items are made only in few exemplars, carefully handmade by me, that's why i do not offer wholesale pricing. I can, however, offer a small discount for larger orders. Please contact me for more information.

Orders are dispatched in 5-7 business days, after payment is received. I ship from Europe, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery time, if you live overseas. My shop is based in Dublin, Ireland ( Europe) but I may dispatch your package from Riga, Latvia (Europe) too. It will not affect production time, shipping costs, delivery time and no extra fees will be asked to pay. Orders within Europe are usually delivered in 1-2 weeks time. Items will be shipped out carefully packed in paper/plastic or bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes. Postal costs are calculated based on parcels weight and size. Combined shipping available for bulk purchases. Shipping prices are always disclosed for customers at the checkout with no hidden extra fees.

Wool felt items - it's best to not wash these items, but if needed, delicate hand wash recommended in lukewarm water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. Package lost on the way or sent back to me due to incorrect address - items price will be refunded, but not the shipping cost. Returned package can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee by prior agreement. Please wait at least 30 business days for package to arrive. If you have not received your package after 30 business days, please send me a message for further details. Thank you ;)

Conditions of return: - Buyer can return this item. - Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery. - Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. - Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. - After receiving returned item, items price will be refunded, not the shipping costs. - Custom made and personalized items can not be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically to each customer individually.
