Custom and personalised orders

Please get in touch for any custom or personalized orders. All prints can be customized (colours, dates, quotes, etc!) for a reasonable price. Ideas for customisation: ✈︎ A specific colour to match your decor ✈︎ The date/place of your destination wedding ✈︎ A specific place in the city/country you love/where you first met ✈︎ The date/s you were holidaying/living/studying in a place ✈︎ A favourite quote ✈︎ A personalised message to the recipient If you can dream it, I can bring it to life. For custom work you will always get a proof to approve before receiving your final product! To have a digital file converted to a physical product choose the Paper Poster Add On listing and add it to your cart with the listing you want converted!

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the instant availability of digital prints these items are not eligible to be returned, refunded or exchanged, UNLESS, you request a refund/cancellation before you are sent/have downloaded the digital item. If you buy something and realise later on that it doesn't quite work with your decor, why not gift it to a friend? If you are having issues with any print you have ordered, please get in touch so we can sort it out as soon as possible. I like happy customers (and donuts) so please don't hesitate to message me, or send me donuts ☉ For physical items, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless they are damaged when you receive them. If this is the case, please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to me within 10 days.

Not sure what size to use? Check a print store or an online print service to see standard print sizes and costs. Digital prints that come in colour/size variations cannot be automatically downloaded - this is so that I can customise colours and sizes for you. In these cases, you will receive your file via email. The size of the digital print files is clearly marked on each listing when the file is available for instant download, however, most of my digital files come with size variations for multiple print sizes. If you need a different size for the instant downloads I would be happy to arrange it for you so please get in touch (virtually.. not physically).

Buying digital files means you get to decide how the final product turns out! ➵ You can print at home ➵ You can print via an online store who will ship to you ➵ Or you can print at your local printing/office supply store If printing at home, I recommend a thicker cardstock. If printing at your local print store, don't hesitate to get advice from them on paper type and finishing. PRINTING // There are plenty of options for printing wherever you are in the world. I recommend MATTE paper and a paper thickness of at least 250GSM for best quality. Do not scale the image larger than the size you requested or print at a different ratio i.e. 16x20in (4x5ratio) can be printed at 8x10inches (4x5ratio) but not at 12x16in (4x3ratio). Message me if you need further help!
