DETAILS

★ Slip cast, porcelain slip, shown here with polkadots samplings of our color palette under a clear glaze we mix up ourselves. Holds 15 ounces liquid, and measures
3.5 inches in diameter and is a little over 4 inches high. Very Light-Weight - Weighs about 14 ounces empty.

All of our ware is made from scratch in our studio in Chicago using porcelain clay, and finished using our signature glazes and overglazes (which are fired into the glaze- they're lead-free + hand screenprinted + indelible!)

Our logo is on the bottom of the cup, so you know who made it and where it hails from :)

We DO NOT gift wrap.
All of our eco packaging is chosen with the need to get the ware to the buyer intact.
With that in mind, we use a specialty kraft packing paper, and rubber bands to secure it. Occasionally if it's a large or varied shapes order we use cardboard inserts. This all makes for easy reuse/recycling of the packaging materials.
Our boxes are new.
Our "Thank You" cards are recyclable.
That covers it, but if you have any questions, do ask!

Custom graphic inquiries are welcome, but please be aware that we charge for design work, including font searches. It's better for you to have your high resolution black & white files ready for us to have a look and determine if we can work with them or not, and please be ready to adjust where we feel there needs to be adjustments, in order to provide the best possible results.

Contact us prior to purchasing an item that you'd like personalized, or made custom by adding extra things to it. Message to Seller is not the place for requests like that because we may need to cancel the sale for a request made we cannot fulfill.

Lovely piece, very happy with it! I would have loved an update on the timing since it took a while to ship (which isn’t unexpected considering it was custom made) but once it did arrive I was very happy with it.
