We are sorry for your loss; we are committed to treating your ashes with respect. As a family owned and operated business, we are the only ones that will handle your collection kit from when it arrives until the final piece is shipped.
How it works:
•You pick the pattern and color.
•We send you an ash collection kit to send your ashes in. It only takes less than a tablespoon of ash per piece.
•You send us the ashes (shipping to us is not included in listing price)

•Once we receive the ashes, we make the item(s) encasing the ashes in clear glass.
•It takes 2-8 weeks after we receive the ash back for you to get your finished memorial piece.
-Ashes must be received within 6 weeks of receiving your ash collection package. If not received with in 6 weeks we will offer a 75% refund if you are unable to send the ash. Talk to your cremation provider if you need assistance opening your urn.
Each Piece is custom made, sizes and patterns will vary.
