Comes cut up for Small Format Printers like Prusa MK3S+ (210x210x250)

I also include an uncut version of the blade in case you need it

This is designed to be printed on a 0.4mm nozzle, the whole blade has a hollow insert for a 1500x15 rod, and a 4mm rod for the tip of the sword
For the tip of the sword, if you do end up using a 4mm rod for strength, you should then angle grind it down
Followed by JB Weld resin for example

I recommend printing in PETG filament

THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO PROCESS THE KIT:
Prop making know how ie
Glueing plastics (I recommend superglue)
Filling gaps, i recommend soldering iron, and melting the plastic pieces together (wear a mask), and then JB Weld resin on top if needed
Priming model with putty (I recommend motip)
Sanding between every 4 or so coats of putty until youre happy with the shape
Painting (I recommend acrylic rattle spray cans, rub and buff wax, cotton buds and some micro brushes for detailing)
4 x A23 Batteries
iPhone / Android phone to download and install the app called "DuoCol Strip" which lets you control each materia independently

1 to 1 Real Life Scale, once assembled the final size is roughly:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Haven't been able to find a good replica of the iconic Buster Sword, I decided to make my own, focusing on detail I truly believe this is the most accurate version you will find, with the scratches, sword, bullet hits, designed into the 3D model itself
- The materia covers are held in place by two pins that insert into the guard and then is held in place with magnets that are inserted inside the plastics
- The pommel is a solid piece (non hollow) whilst the rest of the sword is extremely light weight at around 2lb when fully assembled and finished
- The online link to the video of me assembling and processing the sword is meant to serve as a rough guide, your results may differ and you can use your own techniques

Motip Sprayable Putty
Use this evenly across the whole sword to fill in print gaps, only after you weld/fuse the sword segments together
I would recommend using a soldering iron to fuse the segments together
Then spray the putty, sand, repeat around 4 times
I would recommend around 4 cans for good processing, this is quiet important for good results
