"Are the products waterproof?"

Our products are designed for daily use. They are made of natural stone, stainless steel and sterling silver. You can wear our bracelets on rainy days without any problem. However, we do not recommend you to play sports or go swimming with our bracelets. It is also better to take off our bracelets for showering, so as not to stress the material and shorten the life span.

"What does One Size mean?"

Our pearl bracelets are produced by hand. We use an elastic band to make it as easy as possible to put on and to ensure optimal wearing comfort. This makes our bracelets fit your wrist very easily. Our bracelets are designed to be adjusted to fit your wrist by carefully bending them. Please note, however, that while silver is a very high quality material, it is also soft. To avoid damaging your bangle, you should be gentle. Our sterling silver link bracelets are adjustable just like our necklaces. The standard length of 51cm can be increased by you up to 56cm.

“What's the packaging that you offer?"

We believe that a stylish product belongs in a stylish package. Therefore, you will receive your products in a high-quality jewelry case and a polishing cloth for silver jewelry. So you can place your jewelry at home decoratively, take it safely on trips and give it away perfectly. You can find photos of our packaging not only in our product images, but also on Instagram & Facebook.

"How can I change or cancel my order?"

If you want to change or cancel your order afterwards, please send us a direct message as soon as possible. Please note that a change or cancellation is only possible before the goods are shipped. In order to meet Etsy shipping times, our shipping is automated as much as possible. Once the shipping tag has been purchased, no cancellations can be accepted if necessary. Exchanges and returns (unworn goods) are generally possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

"How fast will my order ship?"

We ship all available order within 24h. Usually the same working day!

"What do I do if the ring doesn't fit? Can I adjust the size?"

If the ring feels too loose or tight on your finger after wearing it for a while, we recommend taking it to a local goldsmith or jeweler. Usually, resizing can be done relatively easily and inexpensively. For signet rings with stones, this can be a bit more difficult since the stone is fragile. Please note that we unfortunately cannot take back rings that have been worn for an extended period of time and show signs of use such as scratches.

"How do I care for my silver jewelry?"

Especially polished silver jewelry is prone to scratches on the material surface. Therefore, we directly supply a polishing cloth! With this you can easily polish your ring or bracelet back to a high shine. Should the silver jewelry be tarnished, for example, by contact with chemicals, you can usually fix it quickly with this silver cloth. If deeper scratches are added over time, this can certainly be brought back to a high gloss by a goldsmith. Tip: Keep your jewelry locked in one of our jewelry cases. NEW! Some of our rings and bracelets now have a rhodium coating for stronger protection against possible tarnishing.

“My jewellery is damaged. Now what?”

In that case, please contact us by e-mail or message us directly. It would help a lot if you already included your order number and a few pictures of the damage with that message. We will then take care of the issue as soon as we can to find a joint solution. Please note that scratches and traces of wear are not covered by our warranty. We will, however, try and help you in such cases, too.

“Can I have a customised engraving for my ring?”

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer custom engraving. However, experience shows that most of our products can be personalized by a professional engraver. For more information, hints and tips, feel free to contact us!

“Is the return shipment free of charge?”

Sprezzi doesn’t offer free returns. Our products and their customised packaging are modest in size and can be returned cost-effectively by registered post.
