How do I send engraving info?

You can send the details using one of the following methods AFTER you have placed the order: -in an Etsy message or -In an email at info@engravedmemories.co.uk ***You must include your ORDER NUMBER and NAME.

How long does it take?

UK orders normally arrive in 5-7 days International orders normally arrive in 14-20 days. Please be aware that some delays may occur around and during busy Holidays. If your order is time sensitive please let us know and also select a Tracked and Signed service, it's usually faster than the Standard service.

Do you engrave photos and text?

Yes, we can engrave images, artwork and text on most of the items in the store.

Can you edit my photo before engraving it?

Yes, we can remove the background, edit people from different pictures together, remove certain objects or people, optimize lighting and contrast, etc.
