To help us all stay in touch and to save you time and valuable pennies on postage, we offer a 'Send Direct' service.

When asked 'Who shall we send your card to?' on the product listing, simply select 'Send direct to them' and enter a message in the personalisation field below. Your message will be printed directly into the card for you and posted INSIDE it's gifting envelope straight to your loved one. No receipts or prices will be included.

If you prefer to hand deliver your card, handwrite your own message, or simply send it yourself, please select the 'Send to you' option.

A 'Send to you' card will come with it's own gifting envelope (as above) but will be packaged in an 'outer' (extra) packaging envelope, with a receipt.

All of my cards are a nice, generous size of 5" x 7" when folded. No itty bitty cards here!

My posting days are currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before 2pm on these days will ship same day and orders placed after this cut off will be shipped on the next posting day.

Items ordered with standard UK shipping will be posted via Royal Mail Second Class and can take up to 7 working days to arrive, although most arrive within 3-5 working days (not including Saturdays).

You can upgrade your order to First Class delivery once you have reached the payment stage of the checkout process, just select First Class from the dropdown menu.

Orders sent with First Class shipping can take up to 3 working days to arrive, although most arrive within 1-2 working days. Saturdays are included in this estimate.

All of our packaging is plastic free and easily recyclable, yay! 🌿

We don't use cellophane bags to wrap our cards in a bid to reduce the amount of single use plastic going into landfill and oceans.

We haven't yet had a problem with items arriving water damaged in transit, but if this does happen, please get in touch to arrange a replacement.

Unfortunately from time to time, items can go astray whilst they make their way through the complex channels of the postal services.



I will be more than happy to help locate your item, if after 30 working days (international) or 10 working days (U.K) your item still hasn't been received.



Please be aware that I am unable to offer refunds after the item has been 'lost' after 3 months from shipping date, so please do get in touch before this time.

If items are returned to me by the postal service and are marked as 'uncalled for' or 'not known at this address', I will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of re-sending your order to you.

Please be aware that additional postage charges may be incurred to re-send your order to you.

If you have submitted your order with an incorrect delivery address, I will do my best to ensure that it is updated to the correct address if contact has been made within good time.

If you need to update your delivery address, please get in touch with me as soon as possible to change this. I will respond with confirmation of the change once this has been made.

Although every effort is made to ensure delivery addresses are updated, it ultimately remains up to you, the customer, to ensure you provide me with the correct delivery details. As I'm sure you can appreciate, I can't verify each and every address!

Orders outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail international standard unless upgraded to 'Tracked' at the checkout.

Standard shipping unfortunately doesn't include a tracking number or any means of locating the progress of your order. If you require this information I strongly recommend upgrading to 'Tracked' at the checkout.

International deliveries are particularly affected with COVID-19 delays and can take up to 30 working days to arrive, although most arrive within 2 weeks.

If you're outside of the UK and would like to receive your item sooner, please upgrade your shipping to 'Tracked' at the checkout which brings the delivery time down to 7-10 days.
