What size should I order?

The majority (but not all) of our apparel items are unisex sizing. For ladies, this means a looser fit. If you prefer a more fitted look - size down. Each listing includes a size chart with measurements. We encourage you to measure a favorite shirt that fits well and use that information to find the best fit.

Expedited shipping is available on most items by selecting that shipping option during checkout. Please note: this does NOT change the processing time needed to get your order ready to ship. On occasion, we may be able to provide rush processing for an additional fee. We encourage you to send us a message prior to ordering if you require both rush processing and expedited shipping.

My order has an error. What should I do?

We stand behind the quality of our items. If you receive an order that contains an error or is in some way defective, please contact us right away so that we can make it right.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size.

We accept exchanges unless it was a custom or personalized order - all custom and personalized purchases are final. For all other orders, we will exchange the size as long as the item is in the original condition (unworn and unwashed). You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please make sure you include your order number inside the package when sending it back! Once received, we will bill you for the shipping cost to send the replacement.

My order has not been delivered or is lost. Now what?

All orders are shipped with tracking information. Once the carrier (USPS | UPS | FedEx) is in possession of the order, it is out of our control. We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. Refunds will not be given for orders not received by estimated delivery dates.

My order is being returned by the carrier. Will you reship?

If a package is returned to us by the carrier, the actual cost to ship it back is the responsibility of the buyer. If this cost is not paid, the item will not be reshipped and there will be no refund given. This includes items originally purchased with free shipping. Orders will not be refunded in the event that a package is returned and will subsequently not arrive in time when reshipped.
