Shipping information: why do we ship from US?

We make all our fabrics and products in Kyiv, Ukraine, but for fast delivery and safety we ship orders with a help of our shipping partner warehouse in USA and use local tracking.

STAGES OF ORDER PROCESSING

The processing of every order includes preparation + shipping. ↓ We receive order from you ↓ Print the fabric for ordered items ↓ Sew the scrub caps in our manufactory in Kyiv ↓ Bulkly pack orders into a box and pass it to a courier for international shipping ↓ Our US-based shipping partner receives the box with packages, inspects, asignes USPS tracking number to every order and ship them out in sequence. ↓ After getting asigned USPS tracking number from our shipping partner we mark order as 'Complete' in Etsy order profile ↓The local postal provider delivers the package to you by address you've indicated when placing order.
