I ordered two custom and two existing design pint glasses and all four were quick to be acknowledged (shipping label created within 24 hours), shipped (within 48 hours! Even with the custom city!), and delivered. I was also impressed with the packaging quality. Excited to give these as gifts! Perfect for a traveler/traveling job (i.e., travel nurse, national guard) or anyone who has had a memorable time in at least once city. The etched design does have a tactile contrast to the non-etched parts of the glass, so the glasses are better for display/special occasion than everyday use.

My husband loves his personalized glass with our hometown etched into it! He really likes maps, so this was the perfect Father’s Day gift for him. The seller was very helpful and had great communication all the way through with a proof of the map before the cup was finished. They even etched a star on the map to represent our home upon request. I highly recommend this awesome cup!
