A unique Pebble art picture gift, made to order for newly engaged couples - a thoughtful way to show your love and congratulations to them.

The frame can be customized with their names in hearts, as well as their engagement date or any other wording you would like adding (or changing) as a special message or dedication.

Crystals can also be added to the bottom of your frame if you would like it to include a bit of sparkle.

Your picture:

• The design of your picture will remain the same in style to the first listing photo but will differ slightly due to the choice of stones chosen to create your picture.

• Will be created to order and can be altered and your own wording added. Please add the wording you would like to the personalisation section on your order. I cannot change the wording after I have created your picture as I add your wording before I add the name hearts, pebbles etc.

• Will come in a 9 inch frame and are available in a choice of colours - Grey, Black and White frame have a folding strut to allowing your frame to stand on a shelf as well as hanging points for wall mounting.

• Will be boxed before it is carefully packaged for posting.

• I will send you a proof photo, if requested on your order. You will need to log into Etsy to view it in your Etsy conversations. !! Please ensure that your email account is not set to send Etsy emails to your junk folder as this will prevent you from receiving any notifications !!

All my creations are hand crafted using quality materials, and my designs are produced with much love for my work and great attention to detail. Each pebble, or any other element of my pictures, is chosen with much care and pride in my work.

I love the whole process of producing creative hand crafted items from design through to creating the finished item, and only when I am 100% happy will a creation appear in my shop for sale or be sent to a customer.

Always happy to work to reasonable deadlines, if possible, so please feel free to contact me if you do have an urgent request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note - Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or custom items are exempt from any returns or exchange policies.

Nevertheless, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

📦 USA duties and fees covered.

From August 29, 2025, the US will no longer exempt any goods entering the USA from import duties and fees. These must be paid before your parcel can be released from customs for delivery.

Please be aware that these costs will have been paid upfront by Sarah's Craft Chest prior to your parcel being shipped, therefore you should not be asked to pay any extra to get your parcel delivered.

These extra costs are covered.

- I can accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Under the EU and UK’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This rule does not apply to custom-made (or personalised) products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery.
