HEAVY DUTY WINTERWEAR!

A medium blue called "ocean" is mixed with a little bit of navy for a bright yet darker shade of blue. The color mix appears mostly solid but with a slight tweedy-ness. This color tends just slightly towards green but not near enough to call it a teal. An 8/4 herringbone weave of merino / tencel blend yarns.

An extra heavyweight winter scarf woven in my signature style. It is woven with a 50% Merino wool / 50% Tencel fiber blend. Tencel is a cellulose fiber with silk-like properties.

This yarn is a bit thicker than my old standby. It has a soft hand and a pronounced nap. As such, it weaves up to be about 10-11 oz., 40% heavier than my standard scarf. The extra weight and bulk results in a scarf with a wonderful drape and cozy warmth for the coldest of weather.

Dimensions are approximately 12" x 68" + a 4" hand twisted fringe.
