The rug is beautiful, high quality and we love it, thank you! The seller is a little frustrating to communicate with. Ultimately it worked out and we’re very happy with the rug but I would have appreciated more straightforward responses to my questions so that I didn’t need to worry about whether or not I’d end up receiving the rug. Also the shipping got delayed a couple of times and I realized when it arrived that it was because our street address was missing from the FedEx shipping label on the package. Either way thank you for the rug!
