Sizes are measured by the longest dimension (height if tall, width if wide). Exact dimensions are available upon request.

Color availability is limited to the options shown in the dropdown. Any colors not listed are currently out of stock or on backorder.

CUSTOM REQUESTS
Our decals are sold as shown in photos. Custom design changes require a quote and a custom Etsy order.

PRODUCTION TIME
Each decal is made fresh to order. We do not keep pre-made stock. Production times may vary depending on current order volume but typically take 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All decals are shipped through USPS. Smaller decals are sent via First-Class Mail, which can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Larger decals are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

These are reliable but not expedited. For faster delivery or full tracking for smaller decals, select upgraded shipping at checkout.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES
Etsy and USPS estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays. In some cases, USPS First-Class Mail may show as "delivered" even if the package has not yet arrived. It often shows up a day or two later. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, as it is due to the limited tracking information provided with USPS First-Class shipping labels.

Production time is separate from shipping time. We ship only to the Etsy profile address provided at purchase. Alternate shipping addresses will cancel the order. Please verify your address before buying.

PACKAGING
Smaller orders ship in envelopes or flat mailers. Larger orders ship in boxes, tubes, or flat mailers depending on size.

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address info provided by you, reshipping will be at your expense.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application or storage. Refunds or replacements will not be offered for decals damaged by incorrect handling or during installation. Detailed instructions and tips are included with every order, and for best results, professional installation is recommended. If you run into any issues with installation, please see the included tips as well as the link to additional tips, as many issues can be resolved this way.

If your decal arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us and provide photo proof of the damage and the packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can verify the issue. Note: Damage caused during installation or after delivery is not eligible for replacement.
