Vintage Norton Twin Engine Poster, motorbike bike industrial, British London Plumstead, wall art retro decor around 1950s?
Old Norton poster which has probably been hanging in a mechanic's garage for years and years. Possibly the Dominator twin engine. Could come from anywhere from the 40s to the 60s.

Condition: Corner paper loss, rough edges, aged paper, see photos.
The Dominator is a twin cylinder motorcycle developed by Norton to compete against the Triumph Speed Twin. The original Dominator was designed in 1947 and 1948 by Bert Hopwood, who had been on the Speed Twin design team at Triumph. Available for sale from mid 1949, this design set the pattern for Norton twins for the next 30 years.
Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm. This poster looks like it's been hung up for some time and has great authentic wear and age and has kept its colour well.
These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
