Unfortunately I placed my order on March 11th and heard absolutely NOTHING from the seller as of April 28th. This is the second time I have made purchases through Etsy platform for a seller to completely drop the ball. There should be some type of system that shuts seller's shop down automatically after a period of time of inactive sales. This would eliminate the hassle of going through our point of purchase service to receive refunds. I am completely disappointed that I not only didn't receive the hat but there was no communication whatsoever from the seller.
