Custom and personalized orders

Sometimes we are able to make custom molds! Just contact us to learn if we can make your idea real:)

All the dimensions are written in the listing description. Our dimensions are for the finished product made of the mold - not for the mold itself.

Wholesale availability

All the molds are made by hands and that is why we are not offering wholesale. But if you want to place a big order, please contact us so that we could give a discount for you. Make sure to write at once how many and what molds you are going to order!

My package is marked as ''delivered'' but I haven't got it!

If your package is marked as ''delivered'' but you do not have it, please check you tracking number somewhere else than on Etsy. For example, here: https://www.17track.net/ Very often Etsy shows as ''delivered'' a package that has a status: can be collected at the post office. So please check it with the link above and hurry up for your package!:) If your situation is not solved with this tip, please message us and we will do our best to help!

Can our molds be used with resin?

Yes, of course, many our customers use resin with our molds and are happy with them! Just make sure you are using right kind of resin, which is dedicated for 3d silicone molds, because there are kinds of resin that are aggressive and they will ruin your mold. By the way, here in our Instagram you can see us tagged in photos of beautiful resin figurines made by our customers with our molds: www.instagram.com/manuart_molds/tagged/

Your mold is not broken:) We cut 3D molds for easy demolding. You can see also that on the edges of the cut parts there are slots - so that you can connect the parts of the mold perfect. We put rubber bands to the parcel to connect the parts of the mold together before working with it. By the way, you can found the information about the cut in the listing description, and sometimes there is a video among listing photos where you can see how the mold looks:) We have made a video tutorial on making a candle in our torso molds. Please watch it! youtu.be/AXFafgq_bnA There are also other videos on our YouTube channel showin how to work with other molds we make! I hope you will enjoy working with our molds!

We do not make holes for wicks in our molds since they are used by our customers not only for candles but also for soap, plaster figurines, epoxy resin, and more. You can easily create a wick hole yourself, and it's very simple to do. We have a video on our YouTube channel demonstrating how it can be done. Please feel free to check it out: youtu.be/d4jpCp6wxpw
