Treat your grill(z) as an accessory, meaning you should take regular care so it stays in a good shape. Our simple care instruction is: Clean up with warm water and soft napkin/cloth after each use. Using a soft brush also helps. For those who have gold grillz, you can also use a cleaning cloth for clean and shiny purposes. Please take off your grill(z) before you smoke or drink coke/alcohol/coffee. Water is fine! Do not recommend to wear your grill(z) when you play sports or any other activities that may cause choking hazards. Do not leave your grill(z) around children under 18 years old. When you do not wear your grill(z), please keep it dry and clean in a given box without any other stuffs with. Other questions, please contact us.

Why is my dipped silver grill changed color? and What should I do?

Silver material itself does tarnish over time due to its natural exposure to air or certain chemicals. That is why we offer dipping options so a dipping coat will help to protect the silver for longer and better use. However, after a certain period of time, depending on whether a customer takes good care of it, silver will also tarnish. In this case, do not panic ! what you can do is to ship your grill(z) back to our store for cleaning, polishing, and re-dipping. No worries. We only charge you for supplies. We are happy to offer FREE labor. Contact us for quotes.

What if I notice my package has signs of being openned before it is delivered to me?

We foresee such cases might happen. To prevent such unfavorable situations and fraud acts, please DO NOT OPEN the package yet! Instead, take a quick video of your package plus pictures and brief explanation of what makes you think the package got openned before its arrival. Then, send everything to our email at info@grillzjewelry.com with your order info. Or, you can direct message us via Etsy for a quick response. Cases will not be accepted to investigation if such proofs are not obtained. Our team will investigate your case with Etsy and come up with a solution if your item gets lost after you open it up. Your honest cooperation with us in such cases will be highly appreciated.
