Do you ship to my country?

I currently ship worldwide, with the exception of EU countries. Unfortunately, the requirements for selling to the EU are currently too costly for my small business, but I hope I’ll be able to resume shipping there in the future!

When will I receive my order?

Most of the products in my shop are made to order, for an exact processing time of each item please refer to the individual listing. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows: United Kingdom: 1-3 business days International: 1-2 weeks International orders can be held up at customs so this is just an estimate. Please contact me if your order hasn't arrived after 28 business days.

Will I have to pay tariffs on US orders?

US orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked DDP. Tariffs and import fees are included in the price of your order, so you shouldn’t need to pay any additional charges.

What is your jewellery made from?

For information on individual items, please see the description on the item listing. All jewellery components are brand new and have never been worn/tried on. My jewellery is sold as costume jewellery and is therefore not recommended for buyers with allergies.
