The options will let you select one font, but feel free to request multiple! It's always easiest to get all your requests up front so we can get you a great proof!

♥You’ll need to approve the proof, or request adjustments, before we can make your custom decal. If we need to make changes to the first proof no problem! We will adjust the design until we have it perfect! If you need than three proofs to perfect your project, we will need to add a small design fee to cover our additional time. This allows us to make your project perfect and still offer free design services with our orders.

♥Need to go larger or want to make a change? We've got you covered. We can always adjust the size once we finalize the design (there may be an additional charge to increase size).

♥ GOOF-PROOF GUARANTEE: We make the best decals available because we know you're looking for the best product for your money. We also know that, even with experience, accidents can happen. But with our goof-proof guarantee, if anything goes wrong - you sneezed, the cat attacked, etc... we've had some fun ones over the years - we will replace the damaged part, whether it is the whole decal or one torn letter. All you need to do is take a picture of the decal, let us know what happened and pay a discounted rate.

♥ SIZE: Please choose from the options available sized to fit most any project!
Decals with text under 1" will incur additional charges. Small letters can cause the machines to jam and require significantly more work, and they don't stick as well in most applications because there just isn't enough material. For this reason, we discourage letters under an inch, but can make them in certain fonts if necessary for your project. Please contact us with questions about which size is right for your project.

♥ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Every Wall Quotes™ decal is easy to apply, comes with complete application instructions and an application tool, and are just as easy to remove - but unfortunately cannot be reused (bummer, we know). They can be applied to almost any surface – flat or lightly textured walls, finished/painted wood, painted concrete, glass, appliances, furniture, tile, and more. Unfortunately that means highly textured walls and woven wallpaper are not good application surfaces. In this case you can always hang it on a glass frame, wood sign, or plexiglass instead! We also have video application tutorials available on the link in your package. If you've recently painted your walls, we suggest allowing at least 3 weeks for the paint to cure before applying the new wall quote.

♥ SHIPPING: We will ship to the address provided by Etsy (unless otherwise notified) and cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an out-of-date address. If we have to re-ship your package because of an old or mistaken address, we will have to charge standard shipping rates. This allows us to continue to offer free shipping to all our customers.
All of our Wall Quotes™ decals are made to order and will ship 2-3 business days after payment is received and the design approved. For shipments within the US, this usually means your order will arrive between 5-7 business days after payment. For orders to Canada, delivery can take longer.
