Packaging:
We strive hard to search for the best product and services. Sometimes during transport, the boxes may sustain minor damage or surface scratches. Unless other wise stated, we will inform you of any major damage to the products inner or outer packaging.

Shipping:
All Non Personalized Items are shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received in full. All Personalized Items, including plates, napkins, buttons, tags, etc., are shipped within 3 business days (not including weekends & holidays) after payment and personalized information has been received. Weekends and Holidays should not be calculated as part of a shipping day. All items are shipped via The United States Post Office (USPS).
Delivery Times:
If I place my order on Saturday morning, will I have it by Tuesday morning if I pay 2 Day USPS Express Mail?
No. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and Weekends). We do not ship on Saturday and the Post Office is Closed on Sundays.

If you select this shipping option, your order will be placed ahead of all other shipments and all attempts will be made to have your order shipped the same business day if not the next business day if your order is placed by 12pm EST. You will receive the Tracking Number automatically via Etsy. If for some chance you do not receive the tracking information automatically, you can always view it on your original order and track the status and whereabouts of your package.
Signature and Delivery Confirmation -
As a result of Credit Card Fraud and other acts to deprive us of our merchandise, we will require a Signature Confirmation on all orders $50 and more. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their package will be delivered in a safe and secure location. We are not responsible for any thefts are loss once your order has been confirmed delivered by the USPS. If your order is marked delivered, please check with your local post office to see if they may be holding your package or to see where they may have left it. We will also make an attempt to find out where your package is but the only response we will get is what shows on the tracking information. Failure to pickup your package from the Post Office after a notice has been received that they are holding it for pickup will be considered an unauthorized return and we do not accept returns on personalized / custom ideas. No refund will be issued and your order will be reshipped.
Shipping Insurance:
You will automatically receive $50 in shipping insurance if you purchase the USPS Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail Shipping Options. There is no shipping insurance if you select the USPS Standard Mail Shipping Option. You will be responsible for reporting your Insurance Claim if your package is Lost or damage to the United States Post Office. You will need to have your tracking number and Order/Invoice to file an insurance claim.
Returns:
We do not accept returns on personalized items unless there was an error made on our part or the USPS did not ship your order on time. For all other non Personalized or Custom Made items, we accept returns within 14 days. The buyer will pay return shipping cost and there will be a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted only on un-opened / un-used items.
Response to Emails and Communication:
While processing your order, if we see anything that may be ordered, double ordered or the information needed to complete your order is missing, we will attempt to make contact with you via Etsy Messaging to clarify our concerns. If we do not get a response withing 24 hours, we may either Cancel Your Order if we do not have enough information needed or "Continue with Your Order" by processing it with the information you did submit. Please make sure you have selected the right color, size, quantity or product you need. Also, make sure the spelling of all Names, Wording and Dates are correct. Failure to respond on time will Delay Your Order or Cause your order to be Canceled.
