How do I download my files?

★Note: All files in my shop are digital and no physical product will be received. Custom Items will be emailed to you within 5- 10 days of your order. Your files will be instantly available to you after purchase . You can find and download your purchases at http:/www.etsy.com/your/purchases. You can also find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after you ordered.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds or exchanges offered on purchases. All sales are digital and can only be downloaded. But if there are issues with your files, please contact me and I can correct the error free of charge.
