With a PNG file, you can upload it to CANVA software to add personalization. Canva is Free but will give you the option to purchase a subscription if you would like!! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE CANVA PRO!!! You will have to make a free Canva account if you do not have one already. The images can not be manipulated. You will only be able to edit the names on the file.

Very Important to know...The Letter "A" and "D" is not an editable font! They are calligraphy letters found in the elements tab. You can do a calligraphy alphabet letter search under elements and find the letter that you need.
