the quality of the pens ws very good.. the shipping was good but the arrival was poor(not the shippers fault but the fault of the post office). my pens came clear across the country to Georgia(right above where I live) but then went way back to where they came from before coming my way again..????? perhaps shipping a different way instead of thru USPS is what should happen.. My items were overdue and didn't arrive in tme for me to gift them when I needed to.. messaged the seller, twice, delayed response, twice, and all I got was "we called to check on it " but it's not our fault". You're correct,as you have no control over the mail, but, it's obvious you need to use a different way and not just dis your customers with a flip response
