Polar Camel Sippy Cups are 10 oz. double wall insulated powder coated cups featuring removable handles, a silicone protective boot, and spill proof lid. The screw on lid features a hard plastic spout with a rubber leak proof valve. The cup can be used with or without the heavy-duty plastic handles that attach to the lid. Tumblers can be taken apart for easy cleaning.

Our tumblers are customized using a laser engraving process that will not fade, or break down over time. Personalize your sippy cup with a one of our adorable designs, submit your own artwork, or send us a message to make a custom request (additional fees may apply).

The colored powder coating will not peel or scratch after rigorous use. All colors laser to silver.

Not recommended for dishwashers, hand wash only.

***IMPORTANT: Please leave all details necessary to complete your order. The more specific you are, the better.

If order details are incomplete, we may attempt to reach out to you via Etsy Messages and/or Email. If no response is given, the item will be produced at the discretion of the designer. This will include font choices and/or text orientations (there will be an image for text orientations on applicable products).

For Custom Artwork Requests and Custom Artwork Submissions, a proof will be sent prior to production. This proof will only be sent if we need to alter your artwork, a Custom Design is requested, or as we see needed.

If no response is given prior to production, we will proceed with the order as shown in the proof. For example, if a custom request is made for a donkey, we will send a proof with that image. If no response is given telling us otherwise, we will proceed with the image that we chose.


1) Select a Color and Engraving Option

2) In the personalization box state the design option (letter and number), as well as any other relevant details (names, initials, fonts, etc). If you would like a different font from the the one in the design option, please specify which font you would like. Please note that for monograms, only the font of the name can be changed, not the initial.

If you prefer to only have the design without the name, omit the name. This does not apply to monograms and designs in which the name is part of the the design. A name must be given with those orders.

3) For text that is not on the same side as a design option, name the font and type what the text should say. State if you would like the text vertically or horizontally (see picture). If you would like the text on specific lines, state which text should appear on each line. PLEASE DO NOT ADD QUOTATION MARKS TO YOUR TEXT UNLESS YOU WANT THEM ENGRAVED!

4) If you purchased front and back engraving, be clear what goes on each side.

5) CHECK SPELLING ACCURACY (items will be personalized exactly as they are submitted)

6) When complete, add to cart. If purchasing multiple different items, return to the listing and repeat the process.

7) Before submitting your order, verify that all of your information is correct, including the design option, spelling, color, quantity, and shipping address.


Custom Artwork

We are unable to produce any images that are trademarked or copyright protected without the consent of the owner.

***IMPORTANT*** For custom orders, prior to production, a proof will be sent for confirmation. Please make sure to check your messages and reply with approval or any changes.

Vector File

For optimal results, please provide your artwork or logo as an editable vector file (EPS is ideal). In the personalization box, state that you will be providing your artwork via email. After purchasing, email a copy of your vector graphic to CustomerService [!at] EssenceOfElegance.net. Insert the order number as the subject.

Non-Vector File

Non-vector graphics may still be used. However, please note that non-vector files such as JPGS, PNGs, etc. may have pixelation issues that cause unclear engravings. For this reason, prior to ordering, send us a message containing a high-quality black and white copy of your artwork, and we will let you know if it will work. The larger the image the better, as it can be scaled down in size but not up.

If the image is unusable, and you are unable to produce one of better quality, we can help you with converting the file. A one-time conversion fee will apply. This price varies depending on the complexity of the design, so a quote for your unique artwork can be provided via message request. We do not profit from this fee; it is used solely to cover the cost associated with outsourcing the process.
